We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Our legal basis is your request for a quote and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records as required by Irish law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is stored by our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@misterpack.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
