Built for small brands outside the EU

Selling to Europe from the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or Asia usually means slow international parcels, unexpected import charges for your customers, and returns that cost more than the product. Holding stock inside the EU fixes all three.

  • UK sellers who have lost easy access to EU customers since Brexit
  • US and Canadian brands growing their European sales
  • Makers and manufacturers in Asia and Australia selling direct to consumers
  • Online shops, marketplace sellers and subscription boxes

What we do for you

Receiving and stock checks

We unload your pallets and cartons, count and check every delivery against your paperwork, and put stock away the same week. You get a receiving report with any shortages or damage.

Secure storage

Bins, shelves or full pallets, in a secure warehouse in Waterford. Pay only for the space you use each month, with no long contract.

Pick, pack and ship

Each order is picked, checked and packed carefully in branded or plain packaging, then dispatched with tracked delivery to your customer anywhere in the EU.

Returns handled locally

Your EU customers return to an Irish address. We check each return, restock what can be resold and tell you what came back and why.

Kitting and custom packing

Gift sets, bundles, inserts, labelling and relabelling, or your own branded boxes: tell us how you want it to look when it arrives.

Easy order handling

Send orders from your online shop or marketplace, or by spreadsheet. We'll agree the setup that suits your business and keep you updated with stock and dispatch reports.

Why Waterford?

Ireland is an English-speaking member of the EU and the eurozone, so selling to EU customers from an Irish warehouse is simple: once your goods are inside the EU, orders travel to other member states without customs checks or import charges at the customer's door.

  • Close to the Port of Waterford and Rosslare Europort, with Dublin and Cork reachable by motorway
  • Lower costs than warehouses in Dublin or mainland Europe's big logistics hubs
  • A small, personal team: you deal with the people packing your orders
  • Irish and EU rules for consumers, privacy and returns, handled from inside the EU

Questions we're often asked

Hands wrapping a parcel in brown paper
Do I need an EU company to use Mister Pack?

No. Many of our customers are based outside the EU. You will usually need an EU EORI number to import goods, and you may need to register for VAT in Ireland. We recommend speaking with a customs broker or tax adviser, and we can point you to people who help businesses like yours.

Who brings my goods into Ireland?

Your freight forwarder or courier ships the goods to us and arranges customs clearance. Once cleared, we receive and check the delivery. If you don't have a forwarder yet, we're happy to suggest some.

How fast are orders dispatched?

Orders received before our daily cut-off are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery times depend on the destination and service you choose.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No fixed minimum. We work with small and growing businesses, and our pricing is designed so you only pay for what you use.

Can you use my branded packaging?

Yes. Send us your boxes, bags, tape or inserts and we'll use them at no extra charge, or we can source packaging for you.

What happens with returns?

Your customers send returns to our Irish address. We inspect each item, restock anything that can be resold and send you a report, so you can refund or exchange quickly.
